We are seeking a Flight Coordinator to join the Texas Instruments Flight Operations team. Texas Instruments Flight Operations is a Part 91 flight department supporting the flight requirements of its corporate executives. This individual will be responsible for providing trip scheduling, continual flight following, and maintaining accurate crew/passenger flight manifests of the company aircrafts for both domestic and international flights. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, meticulous attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and will take initiative in a professional, fast-paced environment. Additionally, the individual must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels within the organization and with outside partners and vendors.
Scheduling and planning executive travel on both company aircraft and aircraft chartered through flight operations
Secures crew hotels and ground transportation in support of flight operations
Utilize scheduling software as the primary source of data collection for all flight-related planning and record keeping
Ensures all responsibility for international and domestic aircraft handling and all other service-related items are assigned and accounted for
Performs office administration duties as directed by the Director of Aviation or his designee to include vendor vetting and compliance, benchmarking, accounting controls cost center tracking and budget forecasts, processing invoices and payments, managing crew records and compliance.
Establish working relationships and collaborate with Executive members of the leadership team, Board of Directors, Executive Assistants, aircrew, aircraft technicians, and all other service providers
Participates in the FAA/IS-BAO Safety Management System and emergency response plan and internal/external audits
Must be knowledgeable and comply with all standards set forth in the TIFO Manual to ensure all flights comply with FAA, IS-BAO regulations and TI SP&P’s
Logs post-flight data and maintains department flight records
Retains passenger manifests and all other related records
Monitors current location of the company aircraft at all times
Negotiates discounts with fuel providers and contract fuel companies to ensure cost savings on fuel uplift and services
Researches, selects, and books services provided by Fixed Base Operators (FBOs)
Participates in crew and technician briefs and debriefs to disseminate all pertinent flight information

High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business aviation department
Exceptional customer service skills including strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
Ability to take the initiative work independently with minimal supervision and drive for results
Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
Working well in a team environment is imperative in this role.
Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Proficiency in PFM or equivalent scheduling software programs
