Financial Controller

A privately managed Investment Management firm that is expanding it’s presence in Dublin has engaged Robert Walters in their search for a Financial Controller. This is truly a role with a global focus. Although based in the Irish office and working closely with the local CFO, you will also be getting exposure to the firms other finance leaders, advising on and implementing process improvements and all financial matters.

Responsibilities:
Work within the global Finance team on all financial matters relating to the Firm

Preparation on Board packs

Lead and plan Audit engagements

Manage the employee benefit compensation plan

Continuous process improvements while advising the firm on best financial practices

Requirements:
Qualified Accountant with a significant amount of post qualified years (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA)

Previous industry experience within asset management/ investment management/ Aviation finance

Experience working in a similar role at a global organisation with extensive international operations

Strong knowledge of Workday
