A great opportunity as Process, Methods & Tools Manager has arisen within Airbus Flight Hour Services (FHS) Process, Methods & Tools department in Toulouse-Blagnac.
You will join Airbus Flight Hour Services (FHS) department, which designs and delivers to Airline customers Powered By The Hour (PBH) guaranteed services ranging from Component supply and repair to Fleet Technical Management. This includes material supply, repair services, reliability optimization, aircraft maintenance/MRO and fleet engineering.

Responsibilities andTasks:
The job holder will work as part of a global and transverse team and act as Process, Methods & Tools Manager.
Proactively identify concrete opportunities for business transformation or improvement enabled by technology such as ERP software (SAP), MRO systems (AMASIS, AMOS, TRAX, MXI …) or any kind of other innovative digital solutions.
Contributes to business improvement initiatives/projects and industrial set-up optimization while bringing recurring expertise and consultancy for business process set-up and re-engineering.
Provide quantitative value assessment of the improvements and evaluate impacts in terms of change management.
Collaborates with the Airbus IT/Digital continuity while acting as Business Owner and ensuring that the developed solutions are compliant and in line with evolving business and customers needs.
Required skills:
You have the following training, experience and skills:
Degree in Aerospace/Industrial Engineering or Information Systems
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the area of Airline Maintenance/Fleet Technical Management Operations or Materiel Management, Spares Engineering or Quality
Proven experience in the use of state of the art Engineering and Maintenance Information Systems / MRO ERP (e.g. AMOS, TRAX, Mxi, RAMCO, AMASIS, SAP, … )
Project management experience in deployment of such technologies
Ability to drive changes/improvements and implement them inside the organization.
Soft skills:
very good analytical and problem solving skills.
ability to evolve in a transnational environment (worldwide team)
autonomous and able to demonstrate both understanding of the global picture and paying attention to the details.
willingness to help and support others and have very good teaching/coaching capabilities.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken to be able to interact with wide range of stakeholders, negotiate, influence decisions and to take initiatives.
