End User Support Scheduler

About the role
Here at Babcock we’re looking to recruit an End User Support Scheduler to manage and schedule Incidents, Work Orders, Projects and Resource Requests for the Babcock Desktop Support Team ensuring all incoming and current work is progressed in a timely manner and in line with Service Level Agreements.
You will be responsible for route planning and basic stat reporting whilst working closely with Service Desk and Asset Management teams.
What do I need to do the role?
The role does require an element of technical knowledge.
You will also possess a great attention to detail, and are a focused individual.
What else do I need to know?
This role is based in Lakeside, Portsmouth. A vibrant and accessible campus that has shops, restaurants, hairdressers and a nursery on site. It has parking for employees and runs a free shuttle bus from city centre trains and bus stops.
