As the HR Global Program Leader, you will be responsible for driving central governance practices related to transition projects across SBGs in order to ensure effective execution of approved projects; achieving significant and measurable business outcomes. This role will also drive global process improvements related to end to end repositioning process for HR and collaboration across SBGs and Regional stakeholders through structured MOS.

Key Responsibilities

Establish and govern global repositioning process, guideline and policy
Conduct periodical leadership reviews on key performance metrics with strategic insights
Identify opportunities at Honeywell level for X-functional or X- business actions to maximize benefit or mitigate business risk due to silo actions
Work with SBG HR Transition leaders and regional One Country HR leaders to drive effective project execution and 100% Say/do outcomes
Partner with cross-SBG HR Program Managers to leverage knowledge and standards to promote consistent, quality deliverables across all projects
Engage appropriate resources and define/implement global process improvement strategy
Pro-actively manage escalations and facilitate collaborative actions to resolve issues
Manage central reporting and data governance deliverables

YOU MUST HAVE:

Bachelors degree
10+ years of experience in Human Resources / HR Generalist role
Multiple projects and/or Global Program Management skills
Experience implementing cross-functional / cross-SBG initiatives
Experience Managing transition or repositioning projects

Proven ability to influence without authority. Strong strategic aptitude; proven ability to define business strategy and gain buy-in from stakeholders at all levels
High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Strong business acumen
Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others
