As the world leader for non-destructive testing (NDT), Waygate Technologies, offers the broadest portfolio of industrial inspection solutions. It ranges from leading equipment, to innovative digital inspection (software) solutions across multiple industries, including Aviation, Defense, Automotive, Electronics, Energy/others.

Play a pivotal role in our business

You will be commercially driving the growth for all Waygate Digital products in the region.

As Digital Sales Leader EMEAIR (Europe, Middle East, Africa, India, Russia), you will be responsible for:

Delivering the target order number whilst identifying related business opportunities within new verticals and spaces.

Owning pipeline development and forecast for the region; working to establish Waygate Technologies as the thought leader in our target markets.

Developing relationships with key customers, leading the inspection digital transformation agenda across multiple industries.

Working with cross functional teams to understand customer voice and optimize offering whilst developing go-to-market plans.

Assisting in annual Waygate Technologies Forum as well as other events (tradeshows & conferences) to inspire dialogue, innovation and adoption of new ideas.

Be the consultant to our customers; up to 50% travel required.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:
Have BSc. or MSc. from an accredited university or college in Engineering, Business Marketing or Information Technology.

Be a software sales leader, successfully executing a sales plan, while also having a level of sales responsibility for Key Accounts.

Have a lead from the front approach, be creative, with a “challenger” mentality.

Be a self-starter and driven to be a valuable and highly contributing team member of a high-performance sales team.

Be able to demonstrate a successful track record of working cross functionally at a senior management level.

Have an analytical and strategic mind-set, ability to quickly move from details to the holistic view.
