What You’ll DoThe Digital Training Specialist will work with key business partners throughout Mac Tools to develop digital training solutions to drive the company’s strategic initiatives. Reporting to the Digital Training Manager, this role will primarily develop content for field sales team members & franchisees to use as we drive key business indicators, while also offering fundamental job training.
Develop, implement, and maintain digital curriculum for Mac Tools franchisees and sales team
Manages implementation and consistent application of both internal and external LMS (SBDU & BlueVolt), including training and supporting employees and managers to maximize utilization
Understand different training methodologies and their circumstance suitability; coordinate / design / implement appropriate training plans using relevant methodology
Conduct development needs analysis and develop training plans that align with strategic business priorities, including: Researching and gathering the content and mapping it to the training outline
Identifying appropriate flow and sequence of the content
Writing all content and managing its progress from draft to final production
Rewriting and editing the content, as needed
Soliciting and incorporating feedback from all key stakeholders
Reviews and addresses learner feedback, and revises content as needed
Responsible for talent development metrics and reporting to business leadership, providing data-driven insights on the ROI and engagement of our learning solutions
Creates exercises, activities, knowledge checks and other elements designed to drive learner knowledge retention
Provides reports and data analytics on learner engagement and participation, assessment results, and other feedback to Sales Leaders
Occasionally supports in-class training initiatives as needed
Ensures content accuracy and alignment with current processes, procedures, systems, and products
Travel up to 25% – Provides ongoing training & development in the field as necessary
