The world’s leading events and publishing company with the aviation safety training sector is recruiting for a Customer Success Manager. As a new role within the company, which will be reporting to the US Sales Director, the CSM will work with our sales team in a mostly administrative and supportive role. The CSM will also work alongside our Event Management team, ensuring our customer and client processes are delivered accurately and in a timely fashion.

We’re looking for a highly organized and efficient individual with great communication skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time. You’ll be working as part of a small, friendly team based in Lake Mary, Florida and remotely with our team in the UK. Experience in events, trade shows or publishing is preferred.

This hybrid role is remote with occasional location visits. The position is part-time at 20 hours per week, 4 days a week Monday – Thursday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM with one half-hour break, but could be flexible when necessary.

Essential Functions:

Assist sales team and the clients via:

Publishing (Print and Digital)

Support Sales team by creating sales documentation – quotes/contracts/orders

Record and follow up on advertising quotes/contracts/orders

Create/update magazine and digital sales documents

Develop opportunities with clients – up-selling/cross-selling

Update information in, and manage sales CRM system – A.C.T.

Campaign analytics, client feedback and recommendations

Own overall relationship with assigned clients

Ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients

Aid clients in achieving their goals

Events (Onsite and Virtual)

Assist sales team to create event documentation – templates, quotes/contracts/orders, lists, floor plans etc.

Communicate and support client exhibitors throughout the event process (incl. pre-event)

Manage company profiles, lists, registrations etc.

Attend US Halldale events

Liaise with contractors and exhibitors

Fill out reports/spreadsheets for event audits/event grants

Own overall relationship with assigned clients

Ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients

Aid clients in achieving their goals

Qualifications

IT skills – proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Word Press

Ability to work as System Administrator for CRM system (A.C.T.) – experienced or able to learn

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Attention to detail and well organized

Willingness to take ownership, accept accountability

Team worker ready to help with any task and thrive under pressure

Project handler able to take on and complete tasks (short and long-term)

AA degree or higher – required

3 years’ previous experience in a similar role – preferred
