About the role:
The successful candidate will Support the Customer Success Manager to develop strong customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty, improving customer lifetime value and increase customer engagement. Helping to ensure customers are successfully using the products and services they’ve purchased and upselling products and services that they aren’t using. Maintaining excellent service standards, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. The role is part time, 24 hrs per week, which are flexible and agreed with the Line Manager.
Day to day responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
Managing incoming sales enquiries for our services and tracking them through to contract.
Support Customer Success Manager with Customer Contact Plan.
Act as the customer advocate
Arrange and present online demonstrations for new sales and upselling products to existing customers
Prepare and send sales proposals
Liaise with global customers by telephone and email, building strong customer relationships
Responsible for the New Customer procedure and set-up.
Assist with purchase orders, sales orders and quotations.
Own CRM management ensuring all FDS customers are updated and Customer contact lists maintained
Manage office supplies
Action customer support tickets as required
Support the setup of the L3Harris FDS Safety Seminar and Safety Initiatives
Demonstrate and promote industry best practice
Attend overseas travel for customer visits, industry conferences and exhibitions as required.
Participate in Continuous Professional Development activities
Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:
Aviation industry related experience preferred
Previous experience working for data provider or analytics company
Proficient in Microsoft Offices, Virtual Conference tools (zoom) and Adobe Suite
Microsoft applications – Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Email marketing (Mailchimp, Dotmailer, Marketo etc)
Knowledge and experience of CRM tools
Understanding and anticipating customer needs
Excellent communication and people management skills
Attention to detail
