We are looking for a new colleague in the Aviation Department in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX!
Great Full time salaried position working with a global supplier to the auto industry.
Your Responsibilities:
Provides customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations and communications.
Ensures that good customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively and in accordance with the consumer laws. Develops organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers.
Develops improvement plans in response to customer surveys.
Close to limited supervision (bi-weekly); well-defined general guidance; independent discretion applied.
Your Qualifications:
Computer skills (i.e. Excel, Word, etc.); Problem solving skills; Proven interpersonal and communication skills; Knowledge of modern quantitative and qualitative customer service analysis techniques; Experience in one or more customer service functions; CS-system experience.
Education: Bachelor’s.
Experience 3+ years.
German Language Skills (written and oral) Necessary in Position.
