CACI has a need for a Counter Small Unmanned Aircraft System (C-sUAS) Mounted and Dismounted – Project Officer at our Ft. Benning, GA location.

What You’ll Get to Do

Provide JCIDS research and writing support for new start and Army directed products and initiatives.
Provide recommendations for funding prototype efforts of emerging C-sUAS technology.
Provide the Program Manager with operational and technical evaluations of C-sUAS technology as it relates to the support of maneuver units.
Interface between the Joint Counter-UAS Office, DAMO Fires/G-3-5-7, Fires Center of Excellence, C5ISR, CCDC DEVCOMs (Armament Center, Aviation and Missile Command, etc.), and PEO Missiles and Space.

More about the role:
Current programs are defined as projects with approved JCIDs capability documents that are transitioning from an Abbreviated – Capabilities Development Document (A-CDD) to an approved CDD. These projects can include but are not limited to: Mounted/Mobile (Tank, Bradley, Stryker) and Dismounted C-sUAS Annexes to the base C-sUAS CDD.

New start and directed initiatives are defined as projects without approved JCIDS requirements, generally pre-Milestone A in the DAS or being procured utilizing in innovation rapid acquisition techniques. These may include but are not limited to: Annexes to the c-sUAS Mounted and Dismounted required capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

Active TS/SCI.
BA/BS or Associates degree plus 3 yrs. experience or 6 yrs. of experience
Requires All Source Military intelligence MOS background and have completed formal military intelligence training/school (e.g. 35F)
Experience with all source intelligence analytical production and reporting
Experience with CUAS and / or C-IED analysis and reporting

Desired Qualifications:

A BS degree in S.T.E.M., robotics, business management, project management, information systems, or computer science. To qualify based on experience, resume must demonstrate at least two (2) years of specialized requirements development experience which prepared the applicant to do the designated work
Mastery knowledge of operational maneuver for mounted/mobile and dismounted operations
General working knowledge of various areas dealing with Air Defense platforms such as artificial intelligence, interoperability, network security, machine learning and collaboration
May be required to travel and participate in the following events as needed, in support of RDD: Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), Preliminary and Critical Design Reviews (PDRs and CDRs), prototype development, technical demonstrations, training courses, and testing and evaluation events
