Copywriter (Digital) Job at Ryanair in Dublin

Reporting to the Creative Lead, we are looking for a Copywriter to join the Creative team. You will be tasked with brainstorming, ideating and sharing ideas across our channels. You will be working in conjunction with planners, insights, designers and stakeholders to constantly improve Ryanair’s marketing campaigns that will be seen by millions every month on Ryanair.com, email and our app.
This is a permanent on site position based in our Dublin HQ in Swords, North Dublin.
Write emails, push, app and website copy for various marketing campaigns.
Write copy that connects with people, is honest and confident, and brings our brand pillars and values to life.
Collaborate with Marketing and Creative to brainstorm promotional campaigns.
Understand A/B testing and other forms of user testing to consistently improve on email open rates.
Proactively review copy assets across all consumer touch points and look for improvements to complete and tests to run.
Write/Edit/Proof any copy that a consumer might see – ads, emails, social posts, photo captions, alt text, product and feature descriptions, FAQs, stories, scripts, headlines, taglines, summaries, reviews, and more.
Ensure brand guidelines on tone of voice are brought to life and developed further when needed.
Manage workflow and deadlines for multiple projects
Be a highly creative individual who can bring ideas and energy into a dynamic team environment, providing market appropriate design solutions to a brief.
At a minimum we expect:–
Digital design experience, either agency or in-house role.
Fluent English (both written and spoken).
Understanding of ecommerce and digital channels including web, app, email and social.
Ability to work in a very fast paced environment, stick to goals and team objectives, deliver results under pressure.
Enjoy working with a variety of people in various disciplines and collaborating with a positive attitude.
Exceptional communication and presenting skills, both written and verbal.
Solid portfolio featuring a wide range of real work across channels
Previous experience working in ecommerce, aviation or similar industry beneficial.
