Fulton Hogan and Egis partner to deliver outstanding Tunnel & Motorway services in Australia. Established in 2015 and growing with the expansion of WestConnex, it now includes M4 motorway, M4 tunnel, M5 East Tunnel, recently opened M8 tunnel, upcoming M4-M5 link tunnel and Rozelle Interchange incorporating 33 km of tunnels when complete. The variety of our experiences on WestConnex (WCX) ensures that we confidently state our ability to apply the right solutions at the right time, the first time.
Due to strong pipeline of work, we are seeking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager who has a flair for developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, takes on an innovative, solutions-centric approach and is driven to continue to build an effective values- based culture that strives to achieve high quality deliverables.
Reporting to the General Manager, as a Contracts Manager, you will also be:
Coordinating the administrative and operational & maintenance functions (including the M&E, Civil, Project Delivery and Incident Response) on WCX Assets;
Supporting the growth and resilience of the business, by creating scalable, reliable and repeatable operational solutions that will foster an enhanced relationship with our WCX client;
Ensuring that processes, systems, and structures effectively deliver agreed objectives and are compliant with the Deed, relevant Acts, Company certification and regulations;
Analysing and assessing the performance of the organisation; against our stated targets and objectives, and;
Developing and sustaining effective relationships across different groups to ensure expectations are managed and key outcomes achieved.
How you’ll connect to the role?
What will set you up for success in this positon is your strong understanding of the civil construction sector, Asset Management, project management or O&M in the motorway/tunnel industry sector. In terms of background, you will hold an Engineering or a Business Degree and have a construction white card.
