Supporting the Bids Manager you will be responsible for delivering compelling bids on time for our Private Jet, Commercial Jet and Cargo divisions. Great opportunity to utilise your bid experience in a fast paced, exciting industry.

LIFE AS A CONTRACTS COORDINATOR
Registering new suppliers, ensuring all correct information and documentations is required
Responsible for logging and reporting any supplier or client information
Ensuring that the library of information is accurate and kept up to date at all times
Preferred Supplier Agreements
Coordination of Supplier information and ensuring that the terms are up to date and accurate
Checking contract making sure all relevant information is completed, signed and filed correctly
General Administrative Tasks
Answering any incoming inquiries
Checking the departments inbox
Reading through Bid documentation and assisting Bids Manager with any administrative tasks connecting to this
Liaising with Legal to discuss any Legal obligations that might be asked
Liaising with Compliance to discuss any obligations we may need to fulfil.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Desire to immerse self into role and commit to the demands of the role
Ability to work independently, but enjoys working with people inside and outside of ACS
Proficient in MS office packages
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to have a commercial outlook
Resilient with the ability to bounce back when things go wrong
