We’re looking to add a Content Specialist/Copywriter to our crew. If crafting direct response copy that incites action is your thing, Garver is the place to be.

In this role, you’ll develop ad copy for strategic paid media campaigns that supports our recruiting and business development efforts. You’ll collaborate with a robust creative team that has the support of a thousand-person firm willing to go the extra mile to best tell our story.

What you’ll do:

Work collaboratively with the digital strategy team (paid media) to write and/or edit content as needed for strategic campaign objectives.

Engage in collaborative brainstorming to develop engaging prospect-facing campaign messaging.

Craft simple, straightforward, and actionable campaign copy that incites curiosity for use in all paid campaigns.

Develop copy, A/B testing, to use on various mediums including web, banner ads, paid social, print, etc.

Work with our Digital Media Specialist on SEO campaigns.

What you’ll bring:

5+ years of copywriting experience; with 3+ years writing for social media.

Experience writing for various audiences – Corporate, Recruiting, B2C

Impeccable creative execution and strong attention to detail.

Bachelor’s degree in creative writing, marketing, journalism, communications, or related field.

Strong conceptual and writing skills with some knowledge of the digital world.

Organization, self-discipline, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

(Bonus points) SEO experience.
