Business Process Engineer Job at Ceva Logistics in Fareham

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Business Process Engineer to join our Aerospace Logistics team in Southampton to drive a culture of operations excellence and continuous improvement across our Fareham and Hamble sites. You will be responsible for building and managing a pipeline of cost initiatives across all operational areas within the Hamble Aero structures business and delivering these initiatives to ensure continuous improvement targets are achieved, monitored and exceeded.

You will also need to keep close control of the relevant budgets to format reports and presentations to the client on cost down development and continuous improvement. Responsibility for delivering compliance to CEVA’s global quality standard (SCA), HSEQ and ensuring compliance to internal and external Aviation Audits are also key to this role.

Ideally, our preferred candidate will have a LEAN, Six Sigma or TQM Qualification with previous warehouse and continuous improvement experience. With demonstrable experience of building and developing client relationships, you will also have a background in delivering operational excellence programs and driving change across large teams. Exceptional ability to communicate, engage and influence key stakeholders is also a critical element of this role.
