As a Business Analyst you will report to the Manager Transformation and Continuous Improvement and be responsible for primarily investigating and analysing business constraints and opportunities to improve processes, policies and systems. This includes working as a liaison among stakeholders in order to recommend solutions that enable the organisation to meet its business goals and strategies. The role will support ongoing business reviews, with an emphasis on developing customer and operational metrics, and effective company-wide systems and processes to ensure that metrics are met and exceeded while embedding a culture of continuous improvement. This also includes leading and managing projects to support growth, transformation and business improvement initiatives.
You’ll have –
Demonstrated experience in delivering continuous improvement, change and/or Lean Sigma initiatives.
Project management experience.
Ability to translate business ideas and strategies into detailed approaches and plans.
Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in process improvement and process mapping.
Forward thinking with the ability to understand the ‘big picture’.
Demonstrated intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong presentation and communication skills including ability to present information in written format in a clear, logical manner to facilitate decision making.
Stakeholder management – proven ability to manage and be influential with senior stakeholders and business stakeholders.
Ability to manage and prioritise competing tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
Proven experience working in a high-pressure environment.
Strong customer focus with the ability to build constructive and effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience with Power BI is desirable
