You’ll have the opportunity to repair, rework or modify electrical wiring assemblies, provide supportand training to technicians, and assist with work flow to ensure schedule compliance. This position contributes to our vision by:- Representing Safran Electrical & Power inside the Installation Partners location- Understanding and implementing of instructions such as work orders, diagrams, form boards and wire lists to determine materials needed and sequence of assembly.- Performing reworks correctly on connectors, back shells, wires terminations, splices, split rings, lugs and any other component built in a bundle- Routing wires according to customer specification and participating in the analysis of any installation issues- Maintaining the tooling in good condition- Coordinating the activities of the crew of technicians to support compliance with schedules

– Requires a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)- A&P license preferred- Requires at least 3 years experience in electrical assembly repair/installation or a closely related field.- Requires in depth knowledge and familiarity with electrical/electronic cables, harnesses, installation techniques, and simple hand tools/machines and basic test equipment- Requires in depth knowledge of schematics, engineering, drawings, shop aides and other supplies documentation- Requires the ability to manage production schedules, estimate necessary production materials and knowledge of quality control principals- Requires advanced leadership, communication and problem solving skills, a solid understanding of other support functions, and the ability to successfully interface with the customer.
