Position is Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm,non-exempt, overtime as needed
Responsibilities include:
Work very closely with the maintenance parts manager and other departmentalteammates to ensure that our customers get the most effective and efficient service possible.

Using the computer system, closingpurchase orders with vendor invoices.
Ensure purchase orders are matched with vendor billing.
Produce direct sale invoice for parts sold to customer or department.
Accurate filing of all paperwork in a timely manner.
Search for parts by using vendor database.
Responsible for all outgoing invoices to be mailed in order to collect for parts distribution.
Assist turbine maintenance and parts distribution with cleaning up the unvouchered receipt report.
Balance outside service received and issued report.
Conduct and communicate in a professional manner to all at all times.
Observe and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.
Comply with all safety rules wear and use all appropriate safety equipment.

Required Experience:
Knowledge of aircraft parts
Prior experience withquoting. negotiating and procuring best options on aviation parts and services as technical needs arise.
Prior experience with customers and vendors over the phone and in person
Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
Requires a high school diploma or the equivalent, plus a minimum of two years of administrative experience (including typing and light word processing), customer service skills and some aviation background. Requires a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
