Aviation Meteorological Services provides the aviation industry with specialised meteorological services contributing to efficient and effective aviation operations within the Australian Flight Information Region and the Asia-Pacific Region.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated team member to join our Meteorological Unit (NCCMET) who are embedded at the Airservices Australia Network Coordination Centre (NCC), and provide specialist aviation and decision support services to Airservices Australia and the broader aviation industry.

The role requires experience in an operational meteorological service delivery environment and to maintain an Aeronautical Meteorological Forecaster Competency, in keeping with current Quality Management requirements. Training and certification will be provided to successful applicants if required.
