Aviation Insurance customer service rep (CSR)

Rapidly growing aviation insurance broker seeking Customer Service Representatives (CSR) for account management. Aggressive compensation package for the right candidate.

DUTIES

– Data entry of client/pilot data into CRM software

– Assist in workflow task management and policy support functions

– Processing and preparing insurance account submissions for issuance to underwriting

– Policy review and processing

– Deliver exceptional customer service by responding swiftly to questions and concerns from clients

– Assist in submission marketing initiatives

– Enter application data into CRM

– Maintain detailed knowledge of current market conditions and products

– Ensure client policy data in CRM is current and accurate

– Extensive email interaction with brokers and underwriters

– Client Relationship Management through immediate and exceptional service

CANDIDATES

– Associate Degree or higher

– Aviation related major or Private Pilots license preferred

– Professional interpersonal skills, phone and communication, and writing skills

– Exceptional analytical skills and immediate sense of urgency

– 3-5 years prior office work experience (aviation related a plus)

– Strong technical and computer skills (MS Office 365 and/or SalesForce CRM experience a plus)

– Property/Casualty Producer License a plus
