We are seeking an experienced and motivated customer engagement specialist to understand their industry sector and build deep relationships with aviation customers so that the Bureau is best positioned to rapidly respond to opportunities.

The successful applicant will demonstrate experience in building customer relationships and directly engaging customers to understand their needs. Additionally, the applicant will possess good communications and stakeholder engagement skills and have excellent interpersonal and project management skills.

The Aviation Customer Engagement Team is responsible for understanding key aviation customer requirements, development of broad aviation customer relationships and delivering outstanding value to aviation customers. The primary roles of the Aviation Customer Lead are to understand their customer segment and customer requirements, build strong customer relationships, rapidly respond to customer opportunities, and develop business proposals and to communicate new offerings to customers.

Reporting to the Senior Aviation Customer Lead, within the Transport Customer Engagement team, the successful applicant will work alongside other Aviation Customer Leads and other members of the Transport Customer Engagement Team, and the Aviation Operations and Aviation Service Development teams to deliver outstanding value to the Aviation industry
