Dean Baldwin Painting, a 56-year-old established aircraft painting company has permanent positions open for Aircraft Preppers and Aircraft Painters at its Roswell, NM facility.

Offering a full on the job training program that will teach and empower you to become an aircraft prepper and aircraft painter with rapid advancement and salary increases. Learn how to work on commercial narrow body and wide body aircraft. Our pledge to our employees is to always provide all the tools need to be a great success!

We are accepting motivated, hardworking, and energetic individuals with no prior experience in the aircraft prepper positions, starting wages at $14.50. Rapid pay advancement as you train up, preppers can reach pay scale of $16.55/hr.

Knowledge of prep work or paint work on cars, boats or large metal parts will start you at higher rate.

Aircraft painter positions are open with pay starting for Painter I Entry Levels at $17.07 up to Master Painter $28.60. Pay rate commensurate with proven experience.

Benefits:

Aircraft Preppers earn up to $16.50/hr.

Aircraft Painters earn up to $28.60/hr.

Additional Pay for Paint Lead Duty of $1-3/hr. based on years of experience

Overtime Available most of year

Day and Night 10 hour Shifts open; night shift has $0.50 pay differential

Paid Vacation and Holidays

Can chose 4, 5 or 6 day work week

Employees will be expected to:

Pass Drug Test

Maintain Excellent Attendance

Adhere to all company safety rules.

Be able to climb stairs, stand and walk 90% of Shift.

Not be afraid of heights; scissor lifts 20 ft. – manlifts 45 ft.

Be able to lift up to 30 lbs. at times when needed to carry a paper/plastic roll.

Wear Respirators and other Personal Protective Equipment as needed.
