Vali, Inc. is seeking an Aircraft Mechanic to support the AMS Flight School located at Peter Prince Field, Milton, FL.

Job Summary:
This position reports directly to a Lead Mechanic and is responsible for performing aircraft maintenance and repairs as assigned.

Must have an A&P Certificate

Attention to detail

Reports to assigned Lead Mechanic

Performs maintenance and repairs in accordance with prescribed practices and procedures

Completes paperwork as directed

Keeps the shop work area clean and organized as

The fleet includes 14 aircraft: Cessna 172’s, Piper Warriors, Piper Aztec, Piper Apache, Cessna 421

Contributing to a safe work environment by reporting workplace hazards

Ensuring compliance with all 14 CFR part 91/141

Additional Requirements:
Must be able to read, write, understand and speak English

Must have knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations

Must be able to work in confined spaces

Must be able to stand for long periods of time

Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs., climb ladders, and maneuver around aircraft

Must be able to pass a company background and drug test

Work Environment:
Flight-line and hangar at times in inclement weather
