Title: Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor (Las Vegas)
Location: Las Vegas, NV
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will supervise and oversee maintenance personnel and maintenance performed on company aircraft to ensure aircraft maintenance is performed safely and in accordance with all FAA and Company regulations, policies, procedures and standards. You will insure facilities, tooling and equipment is maintained in compliance with Company and OSHA regulations. Assist the Maintenance Base Manager with daily operations.

Violation Free A&P Certificate (essential requirement)
Must be able to pass a 10-year Criminal Background Check (essential requirement)
Participate in initial and random drug and alcohol screenings in accordance with DOT and FAA guidelines (essential requirement)
Flexible work schedule required including shift, weekend, and holidays (essential requirement)
Intermittent physical activity including bending, reaching and prolonged periods of sitting (essential requirement)
Able to occasionally lift 75 pounds (essential requirement)
Able to travel to other locations to perform inspections (essential requirement)
Must possess the required tools (essential requirement)
Able to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle and feel, reach with hands/arms up to 50% of the time (essential requirement)
Able to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl up to 50% of the time (essential requirement)
Able to lift up to 50 pounds at least 35% of the time (essential requirement)
Experience in the use of maintenance reference materials including Manufacturer’s Maintenance Manuals, Structural Repair Manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalogs, Component Manuals, etc. (essential requirement)
6 years’ A&P experience on similar aircraft (essential requirement)
4 years’ Supervisory, lead experience or equivalent (essential requirement)
Pay & Perks
Compensation range $80,000 – $90,000. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation. Most qualified Candidates will receive an offer near the starting point of our compensation range.
