Aircraft Interior Manufacturing Technician

AeroQuest is looking for an experienced Composite Technician. A successful candidate will have had previous exposure to composite materials (resins, fiberglass, foam).

*Familiar with Mold lay-up

*Familiar with assembly of parts

*Bagging molds for injecting resin

*Kit Cutting (reading work orders to determine size and dimensions of fiberglass and foam needed to be cut)

*Demolding parts

*Using sealants and adhesives

*Able to work some overtime and occasional Saturdays

Responsibilities

*Accurately set up part molds in order to create countertops with accurate details and dimensions

*Paint Prep- mask and tape molds

*Wipe down used molds

*Be able to work overtime and occasional Saturdays

*Follow Health & Safety policies

Required Work Experience

*Previous paint prep experience a plus but not required.

Skills

*Able to read blueprints

*Able to pull dimensions using measuring equipment

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.00 – $22.00 per hour
