Job Title: Aircraft Detailing Supervisor
Location: Houston, TX & travel to surrounding airports with the use of company vehicle
Type: Full Time
Pay: $25 per hour
Shift: open/flexible availability is desired – including weekends
Job Summary: As an aircraft detailer, you will be tasked with detailing high-end luxury aircraft as well as face-to-face interaction with Immaculate Flight’s various clients. This is a hands-on position. Your job duties will require you to perform cleaning tasks on/in/around corporate and/or commercial aircraft. Executed labor includes polishing of brightwork, paint polishes, and sealants, as well as duties involving the cleaning of passenger cabins, lavatories, cockpits, and aircraft exteriors. You must be comfortable and physically able to work in various climates, weather conditions, on ladders, and work stands at various heights.
Since we are a mobile company, travel in company vehicles will be expected to various airports in and around the area. For rare trips over 24 hours, travel expenses will be paid for, including per diem, hotel, and travel fees.
Ability to get along well with your co-workers and maintaining a positive, upbeat attitude
Hold a valid driver’s license
Pass a background check

Able to work on ladders/various heights
Able to physically bend, lift and crouch often
Able to stand on your feet for extended periods of time

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of attention to detail
Maintain a great attendance record, as well as being punctual!
2 to 5 years of supervisory experience
Qualifications and Skills: Immaculate Flight has a training and development program that sets you up for success. While detailing experience is good, we will give anyone the knowledge and confidence needed to perform the job.. You must have a coaching mentality. You must be able to coach, develop, and motivate a team.
