For our Milan Headquarter we are looking for an Air Logistics Pricing and Tender Analyst.
Your Role
S/he will manage Air Logistics Request Quotations projects (General Cargo, Pharma, Perishable, Aviation and Aerospace). In addition, S/he will support any current and future Air Logistics Projects
Your Responsibilities
Responding on time to Pricing Request (Spot and RFQ) with competitive rates to meet the Air Logistics BU Strategy.
Procurement rates activities in coordination with the Procurement Team.
Analysing and improving the quotation-winning ratio.
Utilizing of the KN tools for the daily activities.
Market Knowledge and continuous update. #LI-JD1

Your Skills and Experiences
2 / 5 years of operation experience in Air Logistics
Previous experience in Freight Forwarding or Airlines
Expertise in Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of Controlled Temperature and DG Shipment handling would be an asset and IATA certification as well.
An International Experience will be considered as a plus
Advanced English is a must-have
