This busy aviation organisation who contracts out to a large government department has an exciting opportunity, for a highly experienced Administrator to provide shared services administration support to the wider business.
Your new role
This position is to commence on the 15th February and will be for a 6 month maternity cover temporary period. This role includes the following duties:
Provide shared services administration support to multiple businesses in the organisation across Australia and New Zealand
Accounts payable and receivable duties
Manage diaries including arranging appointments and travel
Maintain systems for recording and storing information
Exceptional advanced skills in Microsoft suite including formatting documents, creating reports and other documentation
What you’ll need to succeed
You will have previous experience providing administration support within the public sector ideally. You’ll have exceptional organisational skills, strong decision-making abilities, and will be highly flexible in your work with the ability to work autonomously.
Polished and professional written and verbal communication skills are essential, with the ability to liaise effectively with people of diverse backgrounds. You must be able to multitask effectively and have a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude.
If you have knowledge of the aviation industry and terminology, this would be advantageous however not essential.
